Relax! I know, easier said than done, but try to do something goofy (some jumping jacks or trying this) and then read your favorite set of notes or instructions again. Doing something to interrupt your anxiety can help you understand the materials more easily. Often, it’s not a lack of ability that keeps us from understanding, but an inability to relax and leave our worries behind.
