Seriously do you remember how much you paid for them? They cost a fortune so assuming you have looked after them at least half way decently they are still worth a mint second hand, or second/second hand.  You can also sell your blood plasma and your semen (if you’re a man of course). These are (nearly) completely painless ways to make a few decent dollars for the holidays. But maybe you’re not the giving kind, or you’re just not giving in to the commercialism this year, every student needs a little cash for something.  

If you’re not interested in selling your personal substances and you still need your books for a few more months there are a million different ways for computer savvy students to make some extra dosh online. The most advertised, and the one that claims to be the most lucrative, is the affiliate marketing and ad sense stuff that’s out there but that involves wrapping your head around a lot of new information. Sifting through the volumes of data to figure out what’s legit and what isn’t is also a big mission. So maybe work with what you’ve got instead. Any post secondary student has the skills to tutor.

Tutor online and you save the cost of transport, etc… Today’s education environment means that even high school has become super competitive and there are a million kids out there looking to shore up their grades.
